заказывал 11.11 дошло за 30 дней. небольшой залом на радиаторе, но не критично, спор открывать не буду, в остальном всё светится, крутится и практически не шумит, процессор 1620v3 без нагрузки 22⁰С, с нагрузкой не проверял. рекомендую
