i ordered 8 pieces, one by one, to avoid the shipping fee. i received 7x usb2.0 sata hard disk case (correct) and 1 usb3.0 ngff ssd case (incorrect). i was offered a discount that i refused because the item had a much higher price than the one i ordered. i offered to ship it back but the seller refused it because of the high shipping fees. although i can't use it right now, but will find a use for it later or try to resell it. the seller communicated in a pleasant and professional way, although the language barrier was felt there. the transactions met my overall expectations.
the seller is offering a similar item i'm interested in, https://www.aliexpress.com/item/327215124.html that is advertised as "usb2.0/3.0" but the item's photo shows 2.0 only. the seller confirmed that it is 2.0 only and repeatedly promised to fix the title of the item but failed to do so in 45 days. hence the 3 stars for the service.
